1.Good Experience of Factory Audit Process (BSCI, ISO or Other Equivalents Preferred)
2.Good Knowledge of Production Process & TQM at Manufacturing Side (Cookware or Other Hardware Industry Preferred)
3.Good Sen s e of Improving Technique/Process/Automation of Production & Collaborate with Suppliers to Resolve Quality Issues
4.Excellent Knowledge of Differing Standard/Certification Requirements incl. FDA, LFGB, GB & others (South Korea & Japan)
5.Familiar with Functional Testing Requirements i.e. Dishwashing Testing, Chemical Testing(REACH), Drop Testing & Others
Lab Testing
6.Expert at Optimization of AQL Level & Definitions per Category/Project/Case
7.Manage Internal/External Inspectors under Company's Inspection Standards to Monitor/Execute Practical In line/Pre Shipment
Inspection & Issue Final Inspection Report Order by Order
8.Good Process Sense of Project Management (New Product Development _ Quality Part)
