• Maintain IATF quality system, introduction and implement quality tools and methods,provide necessary support and guidance, and improve the quality awareness of all employees.

维护IATF质量体系，推行质量工具和方法，提供支持与指导，并提升全员质量意识。

• Ensure the responsible process fulfill the requirements of IATF16949 and corporate directive. Monitor the status,quality, performance of the process and CIP.

确保负责的过程满足IATF16949,AS-DQ的相关要求对本过程的状态，对质量及绩效进行监控和持续改进。

• Actively collaborate and cooperate with other departments, keep objective during conflicts, pursue the consent an facilitate the solution.

• Customer oriented, continuously improve the satisfaction of internal and/or external customer through technical support and services.

Key Responsibilities for EPQ 关键职责

• In general,as review partner/leader responsible for Q-topics in development and the project team

• By planning,applying and tracking the preventive quality assurance measures, ensures in time transparency of quality status in the development process,reporting as well.

• Report the weak points in the procedure (process quality) and in the product (product quality), risks and opportunities openly.

• With coaching, guidance and active participation in product development, the EPQ ensures that quality assurance methods and measures applied effectively and efficiently.

• Work in and with the team, as well as removes the barriers regarding quality topic.

• Releases the preventive quality assurance plan on basis of his own assessment of the planned fulfilment of requirements with regard to product quality and project objectives.

• Conducts an independent, objective and facts-based evaluation for achieved product maturity with regard to content (product) as well process (four-eyes-principle) and via his independent reporting path (to the Q-Organization).

• Monitor adherence to the requirements from the product development code regarding Compliance, Safety, Privacy and Security, as well as implementation.

• Support project manager in customer communication to be sure the customer relevant/customer interfaces (CQI) are involved in an early project phase (project agreement).

• Is able to use the work result of experts for evaluating product quality.

Qualification required 资格要求

• Education学历

-Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical or mechanical electric related major.

本科及以上学历，机械或机械电子相关专业

-Good communication skills

良好的沟通能力

-Good English skill both in written and spoken (fluently)

-良好的英语书面和口语沟通能力（流利）

-Minimum 3 years work experience in vehicle industry.

至少 3 年汽车行业工作经验

-Experience in development (product and process development, include series run-up/operation)

-Knowledge in project management (project planning and tracking, risk management)

-Experience in product design with BES-PE

-Well-grounded knowledge in the application of Q-specific methods and processes, data acquisition and visualization

-Knowledge of process reference models (e.g., ASPICE)
