Asst. Program Manager

1. Project leader and owner for internal and customer transferation.

2. Manage cross-functional team(CFT) to meet project milestone.

3. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and leading team to complete all preparation work for build to meet/exceed required delivery quantity, schedule & cost.

4. Coordinate cross-functional team(CFT) in problem sloving, and drive yield, efficiency, and qualify improvment.

5. Involve in ESI process, to work closely with customer in design concept/ prototype phases to review design, quality and process items.

6. Facilitate project launching to mass production at target yield and efficiency.

7. Host customer visits and manage working relationship well.

8. Report to Sr Program manager and Director on project details and escalate if issues are not resolved in time.

9.Oversee and minimize HUB inventories.

1. BA/BS degree or above in engineering or business.

2. 5+ years minimum program management experience.

3. Strong in technical/engineering skills.

4. Strong in leadership and project management skills.

5. Excellent communication skill and ability to build good relationship.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a highly technicial environment.

7. Strong attention in details.

8. Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.

9. Ability to manage multiple projects.

10. Fluent in English writing and speaking.

11. Strong stress management.

12. Six Sigma Black belt desirable

13. Prefer with understanding of APQP, FEMA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and 8D.

14. Prefer with understanding of IECQ QC 080000, REACH,EU RoHS, HSM
