岗位职责： 1.管理和激励员工,以创建高绩效的生产团队，提升团队的整体能力； Manage, motivate and develop staff in a manner that will facilitate high performance in line with company business development needs， improve the whole team ability. 2.根据生产计划组织生产人员及时高效完成生产计划，及时满足客户的交货需求； Be responsible for the production planning, effective production to delivery the high quality productions according to the requirements. 3.对产品质量进行有效管控，确保产品满足客户质量要求； Control about quality of product with effectiveness to ensure to meet the quality requirement of customers. 4.人员及设备的有效合理安排，以达到目标生产效率； Production planning to ensure the production effectiveness is achieved. 5.有效控制运营成本，编制及控制预算； Make the annual production budget and control the cost within budget. 6.通过生产绩效评估及有效管理，维持和提高员工士气； Manage the production employees of assembly setion. 7.完成公司指派的其他事务； Other tasks assigned by company. 岗位要求： 1.具有8年以上外资企业生产管理的工作经验； Experience of 8years in managerial positions with multi-national companies. 2.本科学历，良好的英语水平； Good command of English . 3.较强的沟通,组织能力； Strong communication and organization skills . 4.较强的分析,判断及解决问题能力； Have analyzing and troubleshooting skills . 5.较强的领导能力； Strong leadership skills. 6.具有创新能力； Have innovation skill. 7.能在压力下工作 ,工作积极主动性； Working under press and initiative . 8.具有强烈的责任心； Have sense of responsibility. 9.能熟练使用Office软件进行日常工作； Familiar with MS Office. 10.具有员工技能矩阵图的基本技能； Have basic skills as employee skills martrix chart.
