Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): 1. Responsible for managing all aspects of quality assurance for their assigned NPD projects including both system integration project and component development projects. 2. Based on the customer requirements and design concept, guide team to identify potential failure mode and define verification method. 3. Ensuring the risk identification, assessment and mitigation plans are managed and updated. 4. Supporting and coaching the team on methods and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, DOE, test and evaluation plan, Marciano, Risk Assessment) needed to reach robustness, customer satisfaction and quality targets. 5. Optimize and enforces the product quality control process 6. Lead the problem solving on the top design quality issues 7. Follow up the status of field turn back to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Data statistic on the quality performance and define effective action to improve it. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree on mechanical or electronical engineering, master is preferred. • 5+ years related working experience in quality assurance, elevator related experience is preferred • Expertise on quality methodology, e.g., 6 Sigma, Functional Analysis, FMEA, 8D, DOE, test and evaluation plan, Marciano Chart, Risk Assessment …. • Be good at problem analyzing, problem solving and quality thinking • Good people skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across a matrix, multi-cultural organization to collaborate for results. • Good team player and must be able to build relationships with peer level & above level. • Good command of written and spoken English.
