岗位职责:
Working Scope:
• Android App Technical Operations: Manage the upload of Android apps to major Chinese app stores (e.g., Huawei AppGallery, Xiaomi App Store). Maintain app listings, metadata, performance reports, and status. Provide timely feedback to the HQ development team and track app issue resolution plans.
• Functional Testing: Execute functional testing on new app versions and WeChat Mini Programs. Identify, document, and report potential issues to technical teams for resolution.
• Data Support: Query and extract data from system databases according to business requirements.
• Application Monitoring: Monitor application performance and metrics using tools like Grafana/WeData. Identify critical trends, proactively detect anomalies, and escalate potential issues.
• WeCom Administration: Maintain employee information within WeCom. Manage QR codes, permissions, and entity authentication processes.
• Scripting & Light Development: Participate in lightweight scripting or development tasks based on business needs.
• Knowledge Management: Draft and maintain knowledge base documentation to facilitate the resolution of recurring issues.

Key Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a Business-related field with strong technical aptitude.
• Proactive learner with the ability to thrive in a self-driven environment.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python). Coding capability is essential.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platform architecture and familiarity with operating/maintaining major local platforms (e.g., Tmall, WeChat, Douyin).
• Strong communication skills. Fluency in English is a significant advantage.
• Data-sensitive. Experience with databases and the ability to perform basic queries using SQL is a plus.
• Capable of performing core QA tasks: Authoring test cases, executing software testing, and logging defects.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana) is a strong plus.
