MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责：
在工作中施展你的热爱：
• To drive sales to improve store performance and to support the store manager to reach budget
协助店长达成门店销售业绩目标
• To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store
确保门店陈列符合公司标准
• To deliver and drive the team to ensure exceptional customer service are maintained across the store
带领团队高效的给顾客提供优质的服务
• To prepare monthly rota, daily planners and holidays according to business needs
根据门店的业务需求，安排月度、每日排班以及员工的假期
• To coordinate the briefings and encourage staff participation
组织晨会，提高员工参与度

任职要求:
• University degree is required
大学及以上学历
• Good in verbal and written English, Mandarin; other languages are appreciated
良好的中英文书写及表达能力，其他语言可加分
• Strong organizational and time management skills
良好的组织能力和时间管理能力
• Proactive communication
积极主动沟通
• Passion for fashion, market, competitors and trend awareness
热爱时尚，对市场、竞品和流行趋势有敏感度
• Proven ability to boost profitability and drive sales
具备出色的促进销售的能力
• Strong team management experience. Has lead a stable and consistent career
具备团队管理能力，并有带领及稳定团队的相关经验
• At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry
