MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a good IMAGE, balancing commerciality, and the company strategy through a deep analysis of the fashion trends and the store's results.
通过对时尚趋势和门店业绩的深入分析，在考虑公司战略和商业策略的同时，创造良好的门店形象
• Always offer a clear representation of the brand's Image and the up-to-date concepts,
紧跟公司门店概念的更新，提供能传达品牌形象的门店陈列
• Be responsible of all the store's image standards.
确保门店的陈列始终符合公司形象标准
• Ensure the excellent adaptation of the company guidelines and follow up the details of the merchandising.
跟进门店陈列的细节以确保公司陈列指引适配于门店的需求
• Propose and identify actions to effectively boost the sales behind a daily analysis of the products, reacting proactively with always a creative approach.
通过产品分析发现并积极提供能够提高销售的多种陈列方案，以满足门店销售目标的需求。

• University degree is required
大学及以上学历
• Good in verbal and written English, Mandarin; other languages are appreciated
良好的中英文书写及表达能力，其他语言可加分
• Team management experience
具有团队管理经验
• Numeric and analytic experience
具有数据分析经验
• Passion for fashion, and details oriented.
热爱时尚，注重细节
• Strong organizational and time management skills -Ability to lead by Example, motivate and develop staff.
