Market Strategy & Business Development:
1. Develop textile market entry/expansion strategies, defining positioning and competitive approaches.
2. Lead new client acquisition and regional market expansion to build long-term partnerships.
3. Analyze industry trends (e.g., sustainable textiles, functional fabrics demand) to identify high-potential rtunities, driving product line upgrades or cross-sector collaborations.
4. Marketing Management & Brand Promotion:
5. Plan annual marketing initiatives, managing integrated online/offline channels (trade shows, B2B platforms, industry events) to elevate brand recognition.
6. Lead marketing content creation (whitepapers, case studies, digital campaigns) highlighting core product USPs (performance, cost, sustainability).
7. Monitor competitor activities, adjusting pricing/promotions to secure market share growth.
8. Key Account & Supply Chain Collaboration:
Manage strategic accounts, deeply understand client needs, and coordinate R&D/production for customized solutions.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize order fulfillment, enhancing client satisfaction and repeat order rates.
9. Team Leadership & Target Delivery: Lead sales/marketing teams, set sales targets and KPIs, and enhance team capability/execution.
10. Track sales/profit metrics, conduct performance reviews, and ensure revenue/gross margin targets are met.
requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Textile Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5+ years in textile industry sales, BD, or marketing management, including 3+ years in team leadership.
3. Proven track record in developing key textile accounts (international/domestic); deep understanding of textile supply chain (fiber-to-finished goods).
4. Strong market insight and commercial negotiation skills; ability to independently secure major contracts.
5. Proficient in textile marketing tools (trade shows, B2B platforms).
6. Advanced data analysis skills (market sizing, customer profiling); expertise in developing targeted marketing strategies.
7. Business-fluent English; comfortable with multinational communication and business travel.
