国际物流项目新能源家用电器物流解决方案
Position Overview:
We are looking for a solution-driven and experienced Head for our Renewable Energy & Home Appliances vertical. This individual will be responsible for architecting and delivering sophisticated logistics solutions for clients in these dynamic sectors. The role requires a deep understanding of project logistics, complex supply chain requirements, and the ability to manage projects from conception to execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver with a rich portfolio of successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the business growth and strategy for the Renewable Energy and Home Appliances verticals.
2. Serve as the primary solution architect, designing end-to-end, customized logistics plans for complex client needs, including project cargo for renewable energy.
3. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultation and solution design to pricing, implementation, and final delivery.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, procurement, customs) to ensure seamless and efficient project execution.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their long-term business goals and supply chain challenges.
6. Prepare and present comprehensive, data-driven solution proposals and SOWs (Statements of Work) to clients.
7. Provide expert knowledge on logistics requirements for renewable energy components (e.g., wind turbines, solar panels) and home appliance manufacturing supply chains.
8. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on-budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in project logistics, solution design, or vertical management within the logistics/freight forwarding industry, with a focus on Renewable Energy and/or Home Appliances sectors.
3. Proven to be solution-driven with a strong background in designing and managing complex logistics projects.
4. Rich project experience is essential, with a demonstrable history of managing OOG (Out-of-Gauge) cargo, break-bulk shipments, and time-sensitive project logistics.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
6. Strong ability to create and present detailed, client-centric solutions and proposals.
7. Experience with TP, Europe, and Mexico trade lanes is highly preferred.
8. Fluent in English.
