OS机械工程师

Responsibility:
1. Work within the mechanical design team to create the new design concepts/solutions for medical systems (including the patient handling system and system products like ultrasound devices)
2. Conduct the design iteration with the needed design methods (DFEMA, calculation, FEA, prototyping& testing), and realize the design from concept to 3D model and 2D drawing
3. Work on design changes from quality improvement, localization, 2nd source and cost reduction
4. Work closely with the testing team to do the verification and qualification
5. Support the production department to setup manufacturing, assembling, and testing
6. Maintain the products through the lifecycle, including the troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
7. Support on the global components and products
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical automation
2. Minimum 3-year experience in the mechanical design (the experience in mechanical transmission is preferable)
3. Excellent written and oral English
4. Advanced experience and skills in CAD tools (the experience in NX UG is preferable)
5. Knowledge in GD&T and tolerance analysis
6. Advanced Knowledge in DFMEA, DOE, and FEA is preferable
7. Experience in an international working experience is preferable

资格与经验：

2. 3年以上机械设计经验（有机械传动设计经验者优先）
3. 优秀的英语听说读写能力
4. 熟练使用CAD工具（有NX UG经验者优先）
5. 熟悉公差和公差分析
6. 熟悉DFMEA， DOE和FEA优先考虑
7. 有国际工作经验者优先
