Receptionist 1. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. 2. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. 3. Maintains security and telecommunications system. 4. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. 5. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. 6. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges. 7. Operates telecommunication system, screens and transfers calls as required 8. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 9. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,irregularities, and continu ing needs. 10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 11. Providing administrative support to the office manager as directed. 12. Cater for VIP staff and visitors as needed. 13. Organize emails and calendars for staff and visitors as needed. 14.
