电气试验工程师

职位：二次试验工程师（正式岗位）

工作职责：
（1） Responsible for secondary design of R&D
projects and selection of secondary electrical components.
负责研发项目的二次设计，二次元器件选型；
（2） Responsible for developing test plans and
perform the tests related to R&D projects, such as mechanical tests,
temperature rise tests, and other internal research experiments.
负责研发项目中相关的测试计划和测试执行，如：机械试验、温升试验以及其他内部的研究性试验；
（3） Responsible for selecting test sensors and
conducting data measurements in R&D projects.
负责研发项目中的试验传感器选用和数据测量工作；
（4） Responsible for the analysis of test
results and measurement data, and for delivering test reports in accordance
with project requirements.
负责测试结果和测试数据的分析，并按要求出具试验报告。
（5） Offers secondary technical assistance and
expertise to cross-functional teams as needed.
对其他部门的二次技术支持工作.


职位要求:
(1)
A
bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, or related fields is
required; outstanding candidates with a college diploma may be considered.
具有机械及电气等专业的本科及以上学历，优秀者可放宽至大专；
(2)
Proficient
in interpreting secondary control circuit diagrams for high-voltage switchgear,
with a solid understanding of the specifications and performance characteristics
of commonly used secondary components.
熟悉高压开关产品的二次控制原理图，熟悉常用的二次元器件的参数和性能
(3)
Familiar
with testing procedures and operations related to high-voltage switchgear, including
mechanical tests, temperature rise tests, and others.
熟悉高压开关的相关试验流程和操作（机械，温升等）
(4)
Demonstrates
strong testing competencies, including the ability to design tailored test
plans and perform detailed test executions based on project requirements.
具备一定的测试能力，根据需要能够设计测试方案和具体的试验执行
(5)
Have
good teamwork skills;
具备良好的团队协作能力；
(6)
Familiar
with the office software;
具备基础办公软件应用能力;
(7)
Have
good English reading and writing skills, and basic communication skills in
English.
具备英语读写能力，可以简单的英语交流；
