HSE advisor (出差现场30天，居家休息30天，全国各地出差，必要时会出国)
Manage Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities following BH policies and procedures during installation and service of BH equipment at customer site
Inspect BH workplace to ensure that any potential hazards have been either eliminated or mitigated
Promote BH HSE interdependent culture amongst the team
Prepare/review Permit To Work/HSE Risk Assessment/JSA for task performed by either BH employees or contractor;
Support BH and Customer HSE programs during outage and installation ;
Develop and implement HSE programs at Customer site;
Support BH site manager and site team to ensure compliance with any local HSE laws and regulations.
Investigate injury/illness/Near Miss at Customer site according to BH incident investigation management policy
Support activities in case of external HSE audits on site;
Responsible of all HSE documents at site
Provide site induction to BH employees and contractors;
Provide periodical Tool-Box Talk to BH team and participate to HSE meetings organized by customer;
Provide daily/weekly report as required, including site HSE statistics;
Ensure Concern Reports are tracked and uploaded in Intelex;
Provide final HSE report of the activities carried out and lesson learned.
Requirements/skills:
Degree/Diploma in Health, Safety and Environmental management (or equivalent);
experience in HSE (preferable in Oil & Gas);
Fluent English language ;
Medical checks and vaccination compliance;
Locally or internationally recognized professional HSE qualification up to date with training requirements.
Strong communicator, energetic personality, team player.
Trained HSE Auditor
Risk Assessor.
