【主要職責|Key Responsibilities】 · 協助填寫銀行開戶、強積金(MPF)開戶、僱主報稅等常用表格,以及協助解答及处理客戶eMPF使用上的問題; Assist in completing forms for bank account opening, MPF registration, and employer tax filings, and helping to respond and deal with the inquiries related to eMPF; · 負責文檔整理、歸檔及系統資料輸入; Responsible for document filing, record keeping, and system data input; · 負責外勤工作,包括到公司註冊處、稅務局或銀行遞交文件; Handle clerical errands such as submitting documents to the Companies Registry, IRD, or banks; · 支援團隊處理公司成立文件、資料收集及整理; Support the team in preparing company incorporation documents and gathering client information,; · 協助部門進行基本公司秘書工作,按需要由主管指導處理。 Assist with basic company secretarial duties under the guidance of supervisors. 【職位要求|Requirements】 · 修讀文書、商業、會計、法律或相關科目者優先; Studies in business, accounting, legal, or administrative disciplines preferred; · 曾接觸公司秘書工作 1 至 2 年或具文職/行政經驗者優先; 1–2 years’ experience in company secretarial, administrative, or clerical work is an advantage; · 歡迎細心、成熟、有責任感之 fresh graduate 應徵; Detail-minded, mature and responsible fresh graduates are welcome; · 做事有條理、重視細節,具良好文書處理能力; Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling clerical tasks efficiently; · 能夠獨立處理日常工作,性格穩定、有耐性; Able to work independently, with a stable and patient personality; · 熟悉 MS Office、中文輸入法,懂簡單 Excel 操作。 Proficient in MS Office, Chinese typing, and basic Excel skills.
