1. Create main units RMA# in SAP with standard process.
A. Create or change customer account with supporting documents.
B. Judge warranty based on system records, verify invoice/delivery notes from customer.
C. Communicate with technical support/repair engineer for industrial printer onsite service.
D. Create RMA in CRM / RMA Portal
2. Create Accesssory RMA# with offline process.
3. Make quotation for out of warranty RMA request.
4. Respond to customer inquires within 4 hours.
5. Communicate with customers to handle those physical goods received but no RMA# units.
6. Hongkong & Taiwan RMA# release.
7. Aging RMA# clean up.
8. Provide support to other after-service issues if needed.
1. Bachelor degree
2. Experience in office including word/excel/outlook
3. Experience in SAP
4. Able to read and reply Email in English
5. 2+ year customer service experience is preferred.
6. After service concept is preferred
