MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB工作主要目标
- Responsible for material/parts strategic sourcing management
- Ensure annual material cost saving targets
- Find and develop new vendors regularly
- Further develop existing vendors by improving their lead time, price, reliability and quality
- Organize and perform regularly biddings
- Yearly Frame Contract initiating and signing.
- RFQ for the requirements from other departments, i.e. production and engineering departments
- Work closely with operational purchasing, support and ensure a good supplier base in order to avoid production interruptions and material missing.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED知识和工作经验要求
Education教育
- College or above (Major in mechanical design and manufacturing, automatic control or relevant mechanical background is preferred.)
专科学历或以上(机械设计与制造,机电一体化,自动化控制等相关专业优先考虑)
-Knowledge / Skills知识和技能
- Experience in engineering, procurement, sourcing and operations
有工程、采购寻源和运营方面的经验
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
有效的口头和书面沟通技巧.
- Capable of reading and writing English documents, Good oral/listening English
熟练的沟通和书写,良好的英语听说能力
- Proficiency with personal computers and networking, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.

- A comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain principles

- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

- Basic knowledge of welding, machining,assembly, etc and the cost level of different processes.

- Advanced risk and business management skills including informatio gathering and data analysis.

- Knowledge and direct experience in negotiating contracts and quotations with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers, able to initiate Contract independently.

- Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities

- Demonstrated awareness of LEAN manufacturing principles

- Be Familiar with MRP logic and SAP system.

- 3 or more years of purchasing experience in heavy and mechanical industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要责任
- Implement sourcing process.
执行采购程序。
- Maintain effective communication with vendors, proactively addressing potential sourcing issue. Ensure the materials/Parts vendor meet Qlar production current & forthcoming request.
与供应商进行高效的沟通,能够主动发现并解决潜在的寻源问题。确保材料和部件供应商满足当前和将来生产需求。
- Secure cost reductions / savings to achieve annual saving target
确保成本节约以实现年度节约目标
- Assist to manage and evaluate suppliers to adapt to the business growth of the company

- Other works assigned by managers.
