招聘要求：
• 从事供应链管理或主导供应链与运营管理咨询项目，涵盖产品研发流程优化、生产管理体系搭建、精益生产（Lean）实施、TPM/WCM系统落地等；
• 工业工程、机械工程、供应链管理等相关专业硕士/MBA优先；
• 3年以上制造业生产管理实践经验（如生产计划、设备管理、质量管控等），或同等年限供应链/运营咨询项目经验；
• 至少主导过一个完整精益生产（Lean）、TPM或WCM落地项目，熟悉VSM、SMED、OEE，AM/PM等工具。
• 从事过产品研发工作或咨询，熟悉IPD、PDM、MOPD等产品研发体系；
• 英语做为主要工作语言，有外企工作经验优先。
