Responsibilities：
• Lead talented teams on high profile U.S. IPO deals and recurring Foreign Private Issuer (FPI) audit engagements;
• Deliver technical accounting, SEC reporting and regulatory matters advice across a range of clients;
• Provide auditing expertise to assurance teams to enhance efficiency and improve audit quality;
• Manage portfolio of assurance projects, taking responsibility for delivery on complex deadline-driven engagements;
• Build strong relationships with clients and external parties to help companies execute their cross-border transactions.
Requirements：
• Strong US GAAP/ SEC reporting/ PCAOB audit knowledge and experience;
• US IPO experience preferred;
• Business level Chinese language skill (reading, writing and speaking);
• Has no record of administrative penalties from regulators.
