Assurance - South Pursuit and Proposal team
As the pursuit and proposal teammate, you will be actively working with service line and bid teams to drive and deliver best practice in pursuits and proposals to win opportunities in EY’s focused sectors and markets. This position is based in Shenzhen.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
1) Facilitation and management of the full bid cycle, working closely with service line and bid teams.
2) Preparation, review and coordination of bid documentation ensuring high levels of consistency and quality, that precisely deliver our compelling value propositions.
3) Development and management of project plans, keeping teams focused on the execution and ensuring that key milestones are met.
4) Development and creation of best practices, tools and templates for pursuits and proposals.
5) Management of inputs from a variety of internal sources for content development, standardization and update.
6) Responsible for providing guidance and knowledge transfer to members of bid and service line teams.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor or master’s degree.
2) Related working experiences (a minimum of 5 years for Manager role) in a similar role.
3) Proven experience in engaging large and complex bids.
4) Comprehensive understanding and experience in the management of bid process.
5) Strong team leadership skills, lead and motivate team members to deliver quality results on time.
6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7) Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
8) A good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
