新产品开发工程师

岗位职责：
1.Develop HDI process, backdrill process, metal clad material, high frequency material, ceramic material, low Dk etc.
2.Ensure that “First Articles” are carried out to verify that all parts meet customer’s requirements.
3.Participate in cross functional teams to review process improvements/ optimizations through PFMEA’s and control plans.
4.Participate in Quality Improvement Team’s to resolve Quality issues.
5.Provide technical support to Production, Materials and Manufacturing Engineering in the event of quality problem occurring
6.Continuously assess product Bill of Materials and supplier base to identify opportunities to further increase the local content while meeting/exceeding cost and quality targets
7.Participate in MRB teams.

◆ 教育背景:
Bachelor's Degree
◆ 培训经历
1.Experience in PCB PFMEA,APQP and PPAP.
2.Experience in PCB about HDI, Backdrill, Metal clad material, high frequency, low Dk etc. material
3.Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC tools.
◆ 经验:
5 years of PCB experience or Master's Degree with 2-3 years of PCB work experience
◆ 技能技巧:
1 Strong personal initiative and strong interpersonal skills.
2.Good writing and communication skills
3.Good computer skills, such as MS office
