2. Manage on-line equipment such as screwdriver, servo press, digital measurement probes, CCD, robots with appropriate parameter setting.
3. Working closed to maintenance and production for trouble shooting
4. Optimize the program sequence to improve cycle time and productivity
5. Work on HMI display content Improve the communication between machine and operator.
6. Guideline to supplier for Designing new assembly lines PLC/HMI programming.
7. Industrial Camera and application and programming, Robotic and RFID applications is an asset.
8. To give technical support to Process Engineer
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Automation/Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related major.
2. Working knowledge on PLC/HMI (Must), Camera, Sensors, Robotic, RFID, programming and applications.
3. 3+ Years of PLC programing on Siemens or Mitsubishi or Beckhoff.
4. Good written and spoken English skill.
5. Work experience in automotive industry is an asset.
