技能要求 Skills Required
1.具有扎实的电子理论基础，精通数字和模拟电路。
Have excellent
electronic theory foundation, proficient in digital and analog circuits.
2.有完整的项目经验，有独立开发软硬件的经验和能力。
Have complete project experience, independent development of hardware and software experience and ability.
3.扎实的硬件设计知识，熟练绘制原理图，PCB排布，并生成生产文件。
Good knowledge in hardware design, know how to draw schematics, route PCB, and generate
production files.
4.熟练掌握Eagle，Kicad，或相关硬件设计软件。
Proficient in Eagle, Kicad, or other CAD software.
5.有一定的EMC知识，能够识别潜在的EMC故障部件，有减少硬件EMC问题的实践经验。
Moderately good knowledge in EM, capable of identifying potential EMC trouble making component,good hardware practice to reduce EMC trouble.
6.了解嵌入式软件编程(C,C++)，知道如何产生中断，操作寄存器和位操作符。
Good knowledge in embedded software programming (C, C++), know how to generate interruptions,manipulate registers and bit operators.
7.有Microchip MPLABX和Renesas e2 studio芯片使用经验者优先。
Already know how to use Microchip MPLABX and Renesas e2 studio is preferred.
8.了解数据总线的一般知识(UART,CAN, I2C, 1-WIRE, SPI, RS485…)。
General knowledg in Data Buses (UART, CAN, I2C, 1-WIRE, SPI, RS485…)
9.了解标准协议(USB，蓝牙，无线，TCP/IP，Sigfox…)。
General knowledge in Standard protocol (USB, Bluetooth, WIFI, TCP/IP, Sigfox…)
10.英语四级或以上，听说读写熟练，能够用中英文撰写测试报告和流程等。
Good communication skill in English, CET 4 or above, able to read, write, speak, able
to write test report and protocol in English/Chinese.
11.能够熟练使用电脑和Office常用软件。
Familiar with using computer and Office.
主要工作职责Main Job Responsibility
1.和国内外的团队合作，负责电子电路的设计。
Cooperate with foreign team, responsible for electronic circuit design.
2.负责新产品的开发，旧产品优化和维修。
Responsible for new product development, old product upgrade and maintenance.
3.样品的测试和分析报告。
Sample test and analysis report.
4.制定标准参数规格书，并负责完善相关技术文档。
Develop standard parameter specification and be responsible for improving related technical
documents.
5.给相关部门（生产、采购、售后等）提供技术方案和支持。
Provide technical solution and support for other departments (Production, Purchasing,
after-sales, etc.)
6.EMC/UL测试支持。
EMC/UL/Intertek testing support.
