岗位职责:
1、胶粘剂车间设备各项技术规范确认、实施、推进，并依规范进行各阶段验收；
Confirm, implement and promote all technical specifications of the adhesive plant, and conduct acceptance at each stage in accordance with the specifications.
2、Sika power胶水车间相关生产进口设备文件资料翻译，制作符合苏州工厂的相关操作文件等；
Translation of documents and materials related to the production of imported equipment for Sika power adhesive plant, production of relevant operation documents in line with the Suzhou factory, etc
3、生产设备的日常生产异常数据收集整理分析改进工作
Daily abnormal production data selection and analysis, improvement task;
4、生产设备维修技术人员工作轮换承接（技术员请假、轮休时段紧急维修处理）；
Maintenance technical management (emergency handling, annual leave issue, etc.,);
5、生产设备的备品、备件管理、统计分析；
Spare parts management and statistic analysis ;
6、生产设备改进优化项目推进总结工作；
Production equipment improving and project tracing;
7、维护SAP系统中生产设备相关数据；
Maintenance SAP system, relevant data for equipment;
8、系统即客户审核问题汇总分析整改；
Customers audit for problems analysis and improvement;
9、新项目量产、作业规范制作；
New project lead, including writing SOP ;
10、节能减排改善优化工作；
Energy saving project leading;
11.、完成其它由领导指派的工作/项目；
Other tasks arranged by leader;

任职要求:
1、机电一体化或自动化专业，本科学历，具有较强的英语沟通、读写能力
Mechatronics/automation engineering major, Bachelor degree, good English communication and reading & writing skill.
2、五年以上胶水生产设备（如搅拌釜、捏合机、压机、自动上料系统、自动包装线等）设施维修、维护工作经验；熟悉胶粘剂生产设备和化工行业优先,胶水产线0到1的经验
Over five years of working experience in the maintenance and repair of adhesive production equipment facilities (such as mixer, kneader, extruder, automatic feeding systems, automatic packaging lines, etc.); Familiarity with adhesive production equipment and the chemical industry is preferred , have the new production line set up experience from 0 to 1
3、精通电气，PLC/HMI/DCS/SCADA/MES和液压系统,化工设备者优先
Good at electrical maintenance, PLC/HMI/DCS/SCADA/MES and hydraulic system, chemical equipment is preferred
4、会使用office办公、CAD绘图软件
Skilled with office software, CAD, etc.
5、具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
