Responsibilities:
1. Develop the product solution based on the customer requirements
2. Feasibility study (material, process, tolerances, PM techniques, ..) calculation for new RFQs.
3. Define functional specification (drawing, standards, requirements, ..
4. Project management incl. documentation (planning, monitoring --＞ deadlines, cost)
5. APQP leader，operating and control of FMEA, etc
6. Define sinter material, process (process steps) and planning of resources
7. Resource planning for prototypes (blanks, powder, tool, machines, ...), tool manufacturing (deadlines)
8. Continued process/product improvement
9. Others tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical or Engineering education background
2. Above 2 years experience in PM industry
3. knowledge about the Powder metallurgy process
4. Project management experience
5. GD&T knowledge
6. TS16949 tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA&CP/MSA)
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Good English skills in both oral and written
9. Anticipating and adapting to changes
10. High executing and strong responsibility
