工作职责 | Responsibilities 1. 客户开发:与市场团队协作,跟进海外销售线索,开拓大宗商品资讯业务的国际化机会。Account Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on sales leads and explore new international business opportunities in commodity market intelligence services. 2. 客户服务:协调与分析师及其他团队的合作,解决客户在试用及使用过程中的问题与需求。 Account Service: Coordinate with commodity analysts and other teams to address customer inquiries and issues during their trial and usage phases. 3. 客户关系维护:建立并维护与客户的长期合作关系,深入了解客户需求,提供量身定制的Mysteel解决方案;通过定期客户拜访,挖掘平台内的业务增长潜力。Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to gain insights into their needs and deliver tailored Mysteel solutions. Conduct regular customer visits to identify growth opportunities within the Mysteel platform. 4. 销售运营支持:完成相关销售报告,处理其他销售运营相关事务。 Sales Operations Support: Prepare relevant sales reports and manage other sales operational matters as needed. 岗位要求 | Job Requirements 1. 2-3年市场或销售相关经验,具备大宗商品行业背景者优先。2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales; familiarity with the commodity market is a plus. 2. 具备强烈的进取心和赢的心态,积极主动,目标导向。Highly motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset, demonstrating a strong drive to succeed. 3. 出色的中英文沟通能力,能够流利地进行商务交流。Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to conduct business conversations fluently. 4. 具备团队合作精神,工作勤奋,正直可靠。Strong team player with a diligent work ethic and a high level of integrity.
