Senior Analyst - HR Operations

Work closely with TA recruiters to enhance effective hiring processes.
Conduct onboarding process for the new hires.
Conduct health check and background check for new hires.
Responsible for the new hire data input into the HR system.
Update staffing reports.
Coordinate and support other ad hoc staffing or HR project if necessary.

University graduate, Human Resources, Psychology or Commerce is a plus.

A strong client service orientation with the ability to create impact and build rapport quickly.
A team player and good communicator.
Good command of Japanese both in oral and written, English language with CET4.
Strong PC skills in windows applications (Excel, Word, Power-point)
