职位描述
1、结合客户的要求，完成整个项目的方案构思与设计；
2、带领团队扩充深化设计图纸及全套设计施工图纸；
3、在项目实施过程中，配合商务部完成与客户、施工方的联络协调；
4、协助效果图部完成效果图的制作；
5、解决项目方案实施过程中出现的问题。
任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历，建筑学、室内设计等相关专业；
2、五年以上设计院或知名设计公司同等岗位工作经历，熟悉大中型公装及商业空间的设计流程；
3、熟练使用专业绘图设计软件及办公软件；
4、熟悉施工工艺及材料，具备对项目的实操把控能力；
5、具备良好的表达能力和沟通技巧，以及优秀的团队领导能力、抗压能力;
6、有中级设计师资格证优先考虑。
