We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: CTO Infrastructure
Principal responsibilities
1. Ensuring operational stability, integrity, and availability of the Internet browsing services/web secure gateways supported by the team.
2. Providing support in identification and resolution of incidents associated with the Proxy service.
3. Ensuring service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the aspects of the proxy services.
4. Identify improvements to existing solutions and processes.
5. Supporting and providing consultancy to customers and peers.
6. Providing support to production impacting incidents.
Qualifications - External
1. Proven track record of working with Proxy technologies and solutions.
2. Experience and understanding of Bluecoat proxy environments.
3. Good knowledge of network fundamentals.
4. Good knowledge of Checkpoint firewalls and F5 load balancers.
5. Knowhow of leading SaaS SWG solutions like Zscaler and relevant management tools.
6. Good communication skills, and ability to communicate to different audiences and stakeholders.
7. Experience of working on large infrastructure deployments.
