职位描述
Role Purpose:This role provides execution and coordination capability to the AP & China Corporate Communications team, with primary focus on corporate communications operations, communication platform support and regional coordination. The role contributes to stable delivery, operational efficiency and effective collaboration across global, regional and China communications activities, covering both internal and external communications.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, edit and publish corporate communications content across external, internal and digital channels
• Coordinate content input, alignment and execution with Global Corporate Communications and AP country teams
• Manage day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of internal and external communication platforms, including websites, social platforms and mailing channels
• Ensure content governance standards are followed, including compliance checks, content accuracy and process adherence
• Plan and execute operational aspects of corporate events and internal engagement activities
• Coordinate vendors and manage quotation collection, PO processing and basic procurement workflows
• Track execution progress, timelines and follow-ups across multiple communications initiatives
• Provide flexible contribution to ad-hoc corporate communications initiatives as required
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business or related disciplines
• 4+ years of experience in corporate communications or related roles within a multinational company (healthcare/pharmaceutical industry preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with ability to work independently in a regional/global environment
• Hands-on experience supporting internal and external communications, digital platforms or content operations preferred
• Experience working in cross-functional and matrix environments
• Strong coordination, organization and execution capabilities
