岗位描述/Job Description: 1、产品规划与设计 | Product Planning & Design 负责空运物流产品的全生命周期管理,包括市场调研、需求分析、产品设计及迭代优化 Manage full lifecycle of air freight products, including market research, demand analysis, product design and iterative optimization 制定航线规划、运力资源整合方案,设计标准化空运服务流程(如订舱、报关、跟踪等) Formulate air route planning and capacity integration strategies, design standardized service processes (e.g., booking, customs clearance, tracking) 针对客户需求(如时效、成本、特殊货物运输)设计差异化空运解决方案 Develop customized solutions for client needs (time-sensitive delivery, cost optimization, special cargo transportation) 2、市场与竞品分析 | Market & Competitive Analysis 研究全球空运市场趋势、政策法规(如IATA、海关政策)及行业动态 Analyze global air freight trends, regulations (IATA, customs policies) and industry dynamics 分析竞争对手产品策略,挖掘市场空白机会,提升产品竞争力 Benchmark competitor strategies, identify market gaps, and enhance product competitiveness 3、运营与成本管控 | Operations & Cost Control 协同运营团队优化空运操作流程,提升服务效率及客户体验 Collaborate with operations team to streamline processes and improve service efficiency 监控运输成本(如燃油附加费、机场操作费),制定成本优化策略 Monitor transportation costs (fuel surcharges, airport handling fees) and develop cost-saving strategies 4、跨部门协作 | Cross-functional Collaboration 联动销售、客服、技术团队推动产品落地,提供售前支持及客户培训 Coordinate with sales, CS and tech teams for product implementation, delivering pre-sales support and client training 与技术部门协作开发或优化物流管理系统(如货运追踪、数据分析模块) Partner with IT to develop/upgrade logistics systems (Cargo Tracking System, Data Analytics Module) 岗位要求/Job Requirements: 1、本科及以上学历,物流管理/国际贸易等相关专业优先,或具备同等工作经验 Bachelor degree or major in logistics management/international trade, or equivalent experience 2、具备2-3年物流行业相关工作经验 2-3 years of working experience in logistics industry 3、英语书面及口语表达流利 Fluent in written and oral English
