Key Tasks：
1. Coordinate enquiry distribution, provide RFQ support, and secure optimal supply resources to meet bidding deadlines.
2. Conduct contract reviews and deliver results per business-specified timelines.
3. Periodically update the RM strategy analysis database to support planners’ timely and accurate purchase requests.
4. Procure raw materials and related products within the supply chain, aligned with civil aero-engine production schedules.
5. Identify and evaluate suppliers with the capability, capacity and industry experience to meet internal and customer specifications.
6. Issue purchase orders and negotiate LTAs with potential and key suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness and supply stability.
7. Monitor suppliers’ comprehensive performance and maintain regular communication to drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery and service.
8. Establish, implement and optimize purchasing procedures to meet aerospace quality standards and customer requirements.
9. Coordinate logistics management, including raw material import, internal transportation and finished product delivery to designated destinations.
10.Fulfill other role-relevant duties assigned by management.

Qualities Required：
1. Min. 5 years of relevant experience in foreign-funded enterprises; aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
2. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships (especially overseas ones) and maximize company benefits.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus strong influencing ability for cross-functional collaboration.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English for international business communication.
5. Self-motivated; capable of working independently with minimal supervision and delivering on business objectives on schedule.
