• We are looking for a Fulfilment Project Implementation Manager leading the Fulfilment Management System Project (FMS) development & deployment based on China business situations to accelerate the Global Fulfilment Management System Transformation in China. FMS will be a transformational initiative replacing a number of our fulfilment unit applications including “Store Goods Flow System” (SGF) and “Customer Picking System” (CPS) with new technology supporting our fulfilment units to play a vital role in our omnichannel fulfilment network. This transformation covers technology, process, data and people! FMS is a vital and exciting assignment shaping the future in co-creation between CFF and with our friends in Digital.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for identifying FMS business needs in China, closing the gaps in FMS related operations and system, to set the pre-conditions for FMS in China.
• Responsible for creating China’s FMS Development Strategy and Deployment Roadmap based on the direction provided by the Global FMS Project Team and alignment in the country.
• Responsible for building and leading an FMS Development & Deployment.
• Responsible network based on the decided strategy and the available budget.
• Responsible for executing the FMS Go-live Work Packages and adapting to China's requirements in collaboration with all major stakeholders involved in the change.
• Responsible to ensure effective communication, engagement and preparation for a successful delivery and change management in the market.
• Responsible for providing the Global FMS Team with clear inputs, constant follow up and feedback aimed at improving the FMS development & deployment process in China.
• Responsible for building and leading the China FMS Implementation Team including all key stakeholders in the market organization involved in the change.
• Responsible for facilitating the handover process between the Global FMS team and the Country Business Owners once the FMS solution implementation is completed and evaluated.
• Committed at least 2 years for the FMS project development and deployment in China.
