1. To confirm, accept the business personnel instruction, the client’s letter of attorney, coordinate with business personnel, confirm and improve the relevant data

2.To enter the booking execution system, and confirm the cost price; or to the booking agency issued orders booking, confirmation of cost price

3.To confirm the space, arrival and departure of goods and documents if there are questions, promptly notify the business personnel to make corresponding adjustment

4.To prepare the waybill, list, random file, supervision and review of waybill data

5.To confirm the customs declaration, such as the need to check to make prompt and correct treatment

6.To send the guests and confirm the bill of lading waybill, check the actual data, confirm the cost of goods sent to customer details

7.To handle all invoices affairs

8.To complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
