Job Duties:
• Overall responsibility for all quality issues related with suppliers.
• Supplier audit and qualification.
• SQA and SQC
• Project quality management and project quality target implementation in supplier workshop
• RCA of complaints and continuous improvement for supplier quality.
• Supplier development.
• Owner of digital tools related with supplier quality.

Qualification:
• Mechanical background in Bachelor or above
• At least more than 8 years’ experience as quality manager or above in heavy industry.
• Rich experiences on welding, machining, NDT, material, heat treatment and surface treatment. Knowing related technical and quality requirements in these processes
• Be familiar with supplier quality management and improvement.
• Familiar with problem solving tool (such as 8D, A3)
• Experience of leading continuous improvement project for supplier quality is a plus.
• Familiar with supplier audit and supplier qualification.
• Experiences of leading a team over 20 members.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good logic thinking ability.
• Handling problem in a systemic way.
• Self-motivated.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and outstanding work ethic.
• Good English communication skill including listening and speaking.
