Purpose and Target 职位目标概要：
● Technical documents preparation for responsible field
准备负责的技术领域技术文件
● Technical responsible on whole process with support of senior engineer if needed
独立完成整个阶段的技术工作，如果必要可以由高级工程师支持
● Following engineer work process /role according to related Andritz Hydro regulations
按照安德里茨水电设计师工作流程及职责分工工作相关管理规定执行工作
Job Responsibilities and Tasks 主要职责：
● Technical responsible on BASIC DESIGN within in charged projects and assigned task
负责的项目的基本设计和交付的任务
● Technical documents preparation for design engineers works
为设计工程师担任的工作准备技术文件
● Responsible engineer for main parts(system), execute the engineering work solely as assigned tasks
担负主要部件（系统）的负责工程师，独立完成分配的工作
● Investigate technical solution as per actual status, reporting and get final conclusion with support of chief engineers
依照实际情况研究技术解决方案，在首席设计工程师的支持下找到最终解决方案并提交报告
● Other tasks assigned by the company

Education, Professional Experience and Qualification Requirements 学历、专业经验及资质要求:
● Bachelor (or above) degree of related education background
相关教育背景的学士（或以上）学位
● Minimum of three years' experience in mechanical or electrical(electromagnetic) area
3年或以上机械或电气（电磁）领域相关工作经验
● Experience in hydropower project design and engineering work
水电业务设计和工程工作经验优先
● Working experience in the international environment is a plus
有国际环境工作经验者优先
● Knowledge of mechanical design
具有一定的机械设计知识
● Good communication skill
良好的沟通技巧
● Good coordination skill
良好的协调能力
● Be able to read and write in English.
具备英文读写能力
● Skillful in Microsoft Office
熟练使用Microsoft Office
● Proficient in CAD software (AUTOCAD, NX, Teamcenter)
