The Flying Doctors should have following competencies:
Flying Doctors应该具备如下能力：
1、Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of engaging with international teams and local partners in English.
流利的英语口语和写作能力，能够与国际团队和国内合作方使用英语交流。
2、Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
出色的沟通和团队合作技能，能够在跨职能环境中有效工作。
3、Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
具有很强的解决问题的能力和排除复杂电气问题的能力。
4、Working experiences on EE commissioning of Renault projects.
具备雷诺项目EE调试的相关工作经验。
5、Ability to have business trip in China for short periods.
能够接受在中国国内的短期出差。
二、 The Services require:
服务要求：
1、Expertise and background in the automobile electrical and electronic area, particularly in EE architecture, EE integration and validation, wiring harness, End-of-Line, etc.
具有汽车电子电气领域的专业知识和背景，特别是在电子电气架构、电子电气集成验证、线束，终检线等方面。
2、In-depth knowledge of UDS, network topology and CAN, LIN, and other vehicle communication protocols.
深度了解UDS, 网络拓扑以及 CAN、LIN 和其他车辆通信协议。
3、Good knowledge of main domain systems and features, including body control, infotainment, ADAS, chassis, powertrain, etc.
熟悉主要领域的系统和功能，包括车身控制、信息娱乐、智能驾驶、底盘、动力总成等。
4、Basic knowledge of harness design and production, be able to read EE schematics and 2D harness drawings, with ability to trouble shoot wiring harness issues via multimeters.
具备线束设计和生产的基本知识，能够阅读电气原理图和二维线束图，能够通过万用表排除线束故障。
5、Strong experiences and knowledge in VEP or EOL area, such as key learning, calibration/ configuration/ VIN code written, DTC reading, DID checking, function checking and ECU checking.
在VEP或EOL终检线领域拥有丰富的经验和知识，比如钥匙学习、标定/配置/VIN代码写入、DTC读取、DID检查、功能检查和ECU检查方面。
