1.了解湿转子永磁电机设计和机械设计（优先考虑），并了解电气对机械设计的影响。
Ensure the Knowledge of wet runner PM motor design mechanical design (1st priority) with understanding Electrical effectiveness to mechanical design 。
2.支持湿转子永磁电机的工艺开发和测试。
Support for process development and testing motor for wet runner motor。
3.确保产品依照（Q质量，C成本，T时间）目标与威乐准则开发。
Ensure product development acc. to target(Q,C,T) with Wilo guidelines.
4.与内部和外部客户及部门进行沟通和支持。
Interface and support to involved internal & external customers & departments.
5.确保供应商的支持和协助。
Ensure support and assistance of suppliers.
6.与Gr. Motor合作开发符合要求的产品。
Work with Gr. Motor to develop products which are aligned to meet requirements.
7.携带我们的湿转子电机与QCT竞争力。
Carry our Wet runner motor with QCT competitiveness
8.根据国际和当地的标准、规则和法规进行创新产品的设计。
