资深算法专家

岗位职责:
1.负责动态血糖监测系统的算法设计与优化，包括但不限于数据处理、特征提取、模型构建等；
2.根据临床需求和用户反馈持续改进算法性能，确保监测结果的准确性与可靠性；
3.参与跨部门协作，推动算法在产品中的有效应用；
4.跟踪国内外相关领域最新技术发展，为团队提供技术支持和培训。
Job description:
1. Responsible for algorithm design and optimization of dynamic blood glucose monitoring system, including but not limited to data processing, feature extraction and model building;
2. Continuously improve algorithm performance according to clinical needs and user feedback to ensure the accuracy and reliability of monitoring results;
3. Participate in cross-departmental collaboration to promote the effective application of algorithm in products;
4. Track the latest technology development in related fields at home and abroad, and provide technical support and training for the team.

任职要求:
1.计算机科学、生物医学工程、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.具有6年以上数据分析、机器学习或信号处理等相关工作经验；熟悉至少一种编程语言（如Python、C++等），并具备良好的代码编写习惯；
3.对医疗健康行业有热情，了解动态血糖监测领域的基本知识；
4.具备较强的问题解决能力及创新意识；
5.能够适应快节奏的工作环境，善于沟通合作。
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, biomedical engineering, mathematics or related majors;
2. More than 6 years of relavent working experience in data analysis, machine learning or signal processing; familiar with at least one programming language (such as Python, C + +, etc.), and have good code writing habits;
3. Enthusiastic in the healthcare industry and understand the basic knowledge in the field of dynamic blood glucose monitoring;
4. Strong problem solving ability and innovation consciousness;
5. Able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment, good at communication and cooperation
