Responsibilities 工作职责
- Responsible for managing project team to achieve project goal as committed to client, including safety, schedule, budget and quality
负责带领整个项目团队来实现对业主承诺的项目目标，包括安全，进度，费用和质量
- Responsible for project communications with all stakeholders
负责项目相关各方的沟通协调
- Responsible for project completion under quality, on time delivery and cost within budget
负责项目按照既定的质量要求，进度及预算完成
- Coordination on trouble shooting during execution of project
协调解决项目实施中出现的问题
- Responsible to raise potential project risk in advance and organize resource to lower or eliminate it
负责提前发现项目潜在的风险并协调相关资源来降低直至解决这个风险
- Responsible for the feedback and reaction on customer requirement, development of customer relationship
负责对客户具体要求的响应和反馈，与客户建立良好的合作关系
- Organization of project meeting, tracking of project major activities
组织项目协调会议，跟踪项目主要活动
Job Requirements 岗位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, or above, civil engineering background
大学本科或以上相关专业学历，土建专业背景
- Minimum 10 years working experience and 3 years of relevant experience
至少10年以上工作经验和3年PM相关经验
- Be able to multitask and manage priorities
能处理多事项并管理优先性
- Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
