EIBENS is a market intelligence and communication agency founded in 2005 in Beijing. We also have presence in Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, and Madrid. We work with foreign governments, trade and industry associations to develop their agri-food industries in Asia by providing accurate market information and developing promotional and communication campaigns in the region.
Job title: Event Coordinator
*Gross salary range: RMB 12,000-13,000 (based on experience)
*Contract duration: 3 years (probation period: 6 months)
*Office location: Chaoyang district, Beijing.
*Deadline for applications: 30th April, 2026.
The candidate will:
*In cooperation with project managers and team members, implement promotional and communication campaigns that EIBENS run in China.
*Organize and execute campaign-related events, coordinating internally with cross-functional teams and externally with partners and suppliers.
*Find, negotiate with, and coordinate different vendors for campaign execution.
*Support other teams implementing different campaigns and projects as required.
*Provide administrative and secretarial support, including meeting documentation, data collection for reports, expense justifications, procurement, logistics coordination, and travel arrangements.
The ideal candidate:
*Is a native Chinese speaker, with professional level of English.
*Has at least 3 years working experience organising events, ideally in the F&B industry.
*Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
*Is willing to travel within China for short periods (2-3 days) on regular basis (at least 15 times per year).
