控制系统开发现场调试与故障排除电气系统优化
1、Bachelor's degree or above, major in science and engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
2、Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with a score of 480 in CET-4; proficiency in other languages such as Japanese, Thai, German, or Spanish is preferred;
3、Possess strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving abilities;
4、Proactive in work, with strong learning ability and resilience, and passionate about manufacturing and multinational work.
PS: Training Path - 2 years of training in Chinese factories - then stationed in factories in various countries.

Job Responsibilities:
1、Control System Development.
1.1、Design and program PLC systems (Delta, Keyence, Mitsubishi) for automated equipment.
1.2、Develop electrical schematics and wiring diagrams compliant with IEC standards.
2、Field Commissioning & Troubleshooting.
2.1、Conduct on-site debugging and functional testing of automation systems.
2.2、Resolve sensor signal anomalies, electrical faults, and communication issues.
2.3、Prepare comprehensive operation manuals and electrical safety protocols.
3、Electrical System Optimization.
3.1、Standardize electrical component selection (motors, drives, sensors).
3.2、Improve cable management and EMC shielding for noise reduction.
3.3、Implement fail-safe circuits and emergency stop configurations.
