功能测试性能测试硬件测试夹具设计处理测试数据MATLAB/PANDAS
1、Bachelor's degree or above, major in science and engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
1、Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with a score of 480 in CET-4; proficiency in other languages such as Japanese, Thai, German, or Spanish is preferred;
3、Possess a solid foundation in analog and digital circuits. Prior experience in the development and design of DC/DC, AC/DC switching power supplies, or UPS is preferred. Candidates who are proficient in using Labview software, Eagle ETS88 test system, or Chroma ATS8000 test system are preferred;
4、Possess strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving capabilities;
5、Proactive in work, with strong learning and stress-resistant abilities, and passionate about manufacturing and multinational work.
PS: Training Path - 2 years of training in China - then stationed in various countries' factories.

Job Responsibilities：
1、Test Development.
1.1、Design and implement automated test programs for power products (DC/DC converters, UPS systems) using LabVIEW/Python.
1.2、Develop test protocols for electrical parameters (efficiency, ripple, transient response) per IEC/UL standards.
2、Fixture Design.
2.1、Engineer test jigs integrating power loads (Chroma 63200 series) and measurement systems (NI PXI).
2.2、Optimize probe layouts for high-voltage/high-current testing safety.
3、Data Analytics.
3.1、Process test data using MATLAB/Pandas to identify yield trends.
3.2、Generate statistical process control (SPC) reports for production batches.
4、System Integration.
4.1、Maintain Chroma ATS8000/Eagle ETS88 test platforms.
4.2、Develop API interfaces between test equipment and MES databases.
