2.0JOB SUMMARY 工作概述
Responsible for project purchasing, search suitable suppliers based on company’s purchasing policies and compliance aligned with all projects strategy to make sure all the material is sufficient in a comparative way.
负责项目采购，依据公司的采购政策和合规性寻找合适的供应商，并与所有项目的战略保持一致，以确保所有物料在相对情况下保持充裕
Market analysis and research on responsible commodities to collect potential suppliers demands.
针对负责的物料进行市场分析和研究，以收集潜在的供应商信息
In charge of the purchasing process related tasks and assist the purchasing team to monitor and control supplier’s performance through the process management.
负责采购流程相关任务，并协助采购团队通过流程管理监控和控制供应商的绩效
3.0KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责
Get involved in all related new projects, take responsibilities of qualified commodity sourcing, supplier nomination, commercial agreement etc. with SQE, as well as managing and developing them;
参与所有相关的新项目，负责合格物料的寻源，供应商定点，商务协议等，以及与SQE共同管理和开发他们
Coordinate with factories, warehouse and sales for meeting dynamic customer demands to make sure projects move forward smoothly;
与工厂，仓库和销售协调来满足客户的动态需求，以确保项目顺利推进
Organize the supplier evaluation in the monthly basis as well annually supplier rating, together with Planning and SQE function, to define the improvement action plan and implementation;
组装与物流计划和SQE共同进行月度供应商评估和年度供应商评级，以此定义改进行动计划和实施
Continually reduce lead times and improve customer service levels, maintain efficient inventory levels and eliminate excess and obsolete stock;
持续缩短交付周期并提高客户服务水平，保持高效的库存水平，消除过多的和过时的库存
Focus on supply market development and trend, suggest and monitor incumbent supplier performance and benchmarking supplier capability;
关注供应市场的发展和趋势，建议和监控现有供应商的绩效，并对供应商能力进行对标
Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager from time to time

任职要求:
Education: Bachelor or above degree in business administration, industrial or electrical engineering.
教育背景：工商管理、工业或电气工程专业本科及以上学历
Working practice: Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive industry as sourcing, responsible for electrical or valve is preferred.
工作实践：至少 5 年汽车行业采购工作经验，负责电气或阀门者优先
IT knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, VISIO
IT知识：Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, VISIO
Strong skill in communication, problem solving, decision making.
较强的沟通、解决问题、决策能力强
Demonstrate strategic thinking approach and service attitude.
