质量主管

岗位职责Duties/Responsibilities
1、Periodic production line audit to ensure quality processes are followed by all employees.
定期对生产线进行审核，确保所有员工都遵守质量流程。
2、Take responsible for nonconforming parts management, identification, segregation, treatment.
负责不合格品的管理、识别、分离、处理。
3、Handle with sudden process issue and take action to correct it.
处理突发工艺问题，并采取措施予以纠正。
4、Raise CAR for process nonconforming item, and chase to close it.
对过程不符合项提出CAR，并跟踪关闭。
5、Organize team to investigate causes for RMA, reply the 8D report in time.
组织团队调查RMA原因，及时回复8D报告。
6、Work with project engineer to implement APQP process and prepare the PPAP for customer.
与项目工程师一起实施APQP流程，向客户提供PPAP。
7、Prepare control plan, inspection plan and visual inspection working instruction.
编制控制计划、检验计划和目视检验作业指导书。
8、Take responsibility for type test with LAB, and take action to make sure quality of the product to meet the full requirements.
负责实验室的型式试验，并采取措施确保产品质量达到要求。
9、Assures acceptability and traceability of product and accuracy of documentation
确保产品的可接受性、可追溯性和文件的准确性
10、Actively contributes to continuous improvement in production process.
积极参与生产过程的持续改进。
12、Control Assembly and Injection process and keep the self-molding parts in acceptable and stable level. Including preparing inspection WI and control plan and training inspector and operator.
控制装配和注塑工艺，使自成型零件保持在可接受和稳定的水平。包括准备检验作业指导书和控制计划，培训检验员和操作人员。
13、Assists Manager in other related duties.
协助经理完成其他相关工作。
Education/Special Skill Requirements:
学历/特殊技能要求：
1、College at least, more than 10 years of experience in molding and assembly field.
大专以上学历, 10年以上注塑和装配行业经验。
2、ISO9001/IATF 16949 knowledge in a manufacturing background
具有制造背景的ISO9001/IATF 16949知识
3、Additional quality training is preferred and good at Statistical Process Control.
接受过质量培训者优先，擅长统计过程控制。
4、Be familiar with FMEA, PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA
熟悉FMEA, PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA
5、Good written English language communication skills at least.
良好的书面英语沟通能力。
