产品工程师（齿轮设计）

1、按照客户要求和项目进度独立完成方案设计，确认客户文件的合理性，并提供修改意见；
Completed scheme design according to customers’ requests and project
schedule Independently Confirm the rationality of customer documents and provide suggestions for modification.
2、负责新产品的结构设计，样机准备、组装，评审及测试，批量之前样品确认等;
Responsible for new product structure design, prototype preparation,assembly, review and test, sample confirmation before PPAP, etc.
3、负责老产品的设计改进优化及降本;
Responsible for the design, improvement and optimization of old products and cost reduction.
4、负责小型齿轮箱（或执行器）的设计开发;
Responsible for the design and development of small gear box (oractuator).
5、零件外协过程中的技术沟通和问题解决;
Technical communication and problem-solving during parts outsourcing.
6、提供技术支持，协助解决产品异常处理;
Provide technical support and assist in resolving product exception handling.
7、负责2D、BOM、试验大纲等技术文件的编制、变更与维护;
Responsible for the preparation,change and maintenance of 2D, BOM, DVP and other technical documents.
8、负责ECR技术评审，ECN变更;
Responsible for ECR technical review and ECN change.
9、协助新品试制;
Assist in production of new products.
10、经理分配的其它工作。
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
任职要求
1、机械或机电类大专及以上学历，10年及以上的设计工作经验；
College degree or above in mechanical or mechanical and electrical engineering,10 years or above working experience in design.
2、熟练使用相关的3D、2D设计软件;
Proficient in 3D, 2D design software.
3、熟悉塑料、机加工、钣金等结构件设计，熟悉齿轮传动设计优先考虑;
Familiar with plastic, machining, sheet metal and other structural parts design, familiar with gear transmission design is preferred.
4、从事汽车、电动工具等行业，特别是空调执行机构设计的优先考虑;
Experience in automotive ,power tools and other industries, especially in air conditioning actuator design is preferred.
5、熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系和五大工具优先考虑;
Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system and five tools is preferred.
6、有较强的工作规划和良好沟通协调能力;
Have strong work planning and good communication and coordination skills.
7、良好的团队合作精神;
Good team work spirit.
8、良好的英文阅读和书写能力，基本的听力能力。
Good English reading and writing ability, basic listening ability.
