注塑工艺员

岗位职责Duties/Responsibilits
1.积极配合上级的工作安排，按照模具车间工作计划开展工作；
Actively cooperate with the work arrangement of the superior, and carry out the work according to the work plan of the mold workshop;
2. 保障注塑车间模具能正常生产，如模具发现异常及时处理；
Ensure the normal production of the molds in the injection molding workshop, and timely deal with any abnormalities found in the molds;
3. 确保标准生产工艺及作业指导书的贯彻执行，严格执行工序内检 验规程；
Ensure the implementation of the standard production process and operation instructions, and strictly implement the in-process inspection procedures;
4.协助工程部模具设计人员对模具设计变更处理；
Assisted the mold designer of Engineering Department to deal with the change of mold design;
5. 配合工程部及质量开发部的要求积极改善产品品质并执行相关防范措施；
Cooperate with engineering Department and Quality Development Department to actively improve product quality and implement relevant preventive measures;
6. 协助工程部对新模具检查及验收工作；
Assisted the engineering department in the inspection and acceptance of new molds;
7. 模具使用及保养维修记录的更新及规档；
Update and document the mold use and maintenance records;
8.积极推动“6S”工作；
Actively promote the "6S" work;
任职要求Education/Special Skill Requirements
1、 中专或以上学历
Technical secondary school or above
2、5年以上注塑模具制作经验
More than 5 years experience in injection mold production
3、有较强的模具结构概念，熟悉模具加工工艺及制作流程，熟识模具图纸，具备熟练的车、铣、钳、磨配等技能
Strong concept of mold structure, familiar with mold processing technology and production process,familiar with mold drawings, skilled in turning, milling, pliers, grinding and other skills
4、较强责任心，成熟稳重、善于沟通、服从工作安排。
Strong sense of responsibility, mature, good at communication and obey work arrangements.
