Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development 发展区域市场策略:
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies based on the central marketing guidelines. 根据中央市场策略,执行和优化本地市场策略。
• Monitor and analyze market trends, tailor marketing campaigns to meet the specific needs and characteristics of the regional market. 根据区域市场的具体需求分析市场趋势,组织相关市场活动。
KOL Relationship Management KOL关系管理:
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region. Regularly communicate with KOLs to maintain engagement, gather feedback, and leverage their insights for continuous improvement of promotional strategies. 与区域内的KOL及行业专家等建立良好合作关系。定期与KOL沟通,收集反馈,并据此持续优化推广策略。
Sales Support 销售支持:
• Collaborate with the sales teams in all channels to design and implement promotional activities that drive sales and meet regional sales targets. Support the sales team by co-visit and training to achieve the sales targets. 与所有渠道的销售团队合作,设计和实施推动业绩并达到区域目标的推广活动。通过共同拜访和培训来支持业务团队,以实现业务目标。
• Provide marketing materials, tools, and training to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness in the field. 为销售团队提供市场材料、工具和培训,以提高市场活动在区域的有效性。
Channel Synergies 渠道协同:
• Work with the Regional Business Director to identify and capitalize on synergies across different sales channels, including core hospitals, broad hospitals, and retail. 与区域业务总监合作,推动不同推广渠道(包括核心医院、广泛医院和零售)之间的协同作用。
• Develop integrated marketing plans that consider the unique dynamics and opportunities within each channel. 根据每个渠道的独特动态和机会,开发综合市场计划。

Cross-functional Collaboration 跨职能合作:

• Share insights and best practices across regions to support continuous improvement. 在分享区域洞见和最佳实践,以支持持续改进。
Compliance and Brand Standards 合规和品牌标准:
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and brand guidelines. Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all regional promotions. 确保所有推广活动符合公司政策、行业法规和品牌指南。在所有区域推广中保持一致的品牌信息。
Budget Management 预算管理:
• Manage the regional promotional budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor expenses and report on budget adherence, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed. 管理区域推广预算,确保资源的有效使用。同时监控使用情况,提供调整建议。
Qualifications & Experiences Required
• Bachelor’s Degree and above, major in medication or life science related. 本科及以上学历, 医药或生命科学相关专业
• At least 3 years’ experience in sales management and marketing functions. 至少3年以上销售管理及市场推广经验
• Integrity, proactiveness, good adaptability, ability of working effectively under pressure and self-motivation. 诚信、积极主动、良好的适应能力、良好的承压及和自我激励能力
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities. 优秀的人际沟通和协作能力
• Excellent capabilities of analysis, planning, organizing and market insight. 优秀的分析、规划、组织和市场洞察能力
