Sr. Merchandiser高级跟单

Main Responsibility
Under general supervision of the Merchandiser Manager, fully responsible for sample and production follow-up, and supervise Merchandising of daily routine.
Report directly all the affaires to manager.
** Maintain strong business relationships with clients and factories for product development and production
** To monitor Time & Action Calendar and raise up any possible issues to manager.
** Follow up a bulk & sample orders and ensure good communication with the clients and factories.
** Responsible for the assurance of good quality, prompt delivery and payment of each order
** Lead and motivate the junior merchandiser to higher levels of performance, accountability, and expertise.
Requirement:
** College degree or above in related discipline.
** At least 6 years’ fashion accessory merchandising experience in buying office or trading company, min. 2 years’ experience as Senior Merchandiser.
** Good command of English，especially oral English.
** Strong communication & problem solving skills,
** Great team leadership and management skills
