1. 市场开发与客户拓展 (Market Development & Client Expansion)
o 制定区域市场策略，通过国际展会（如石油天然气展）、线上平台和代理商网络开发新客户，达成年度销售目标。
o 主导报价，商务谈判，签订销售合同，并跟踪订单执行（生产协调、物流安排）。
o 收集竞争对手信息，分析行业趋势，定期提交市场报告。
2. 客户关系与订单管理 (Client Relationship & Order Management)
o 维护战略客户关系，处理投诉及售后服务，确保客户满意度。
o 管理应收账款，保障货款及时回收，避免坏账风险。
o 协调内部团队（生产、技术部门），确保产品按时交付并符合目标客户国法规。
3. 市场分析与策略制定 (Market Analysis & Strategy)
o 调研海外市场动态（如东南亚和亚太需求），提供销售预测和产品优化和投资建议。
o 参与国际招投标，准备标书和样品，推广公司品牌。

Core Responsibilities‌
1. Market Development & Client Expansion‌
o Develop regional strategies via international exhibitions (e.g. Oil & Gas expo), online platforms, and agent networks to acquire new clients and meet annual sales goals‌.
o Lead quotation, contract negotiations, manage order execution (production coordination, logistics, documentation).
2. Client Relationship & Order Management‌
o Maintain key accounts, handle complaints and after-sales service, and ensure client satisfaction‌.
o Oversee accounts receivable to secure timely payments and mitigate financial risks‌.
o Coordinate the internal teams (production and technical departments) to ensure that the products are delivered on time and comply with the regulations of the target customer countries.
3.‌ Market Analysis & Strategy‌
o Conduct market research (e.g. Southeast Asia), provide sales forecasts, and support product optimization‌.
o Participate in global tenders, prepare bids, and enhance brand visibility‌.


学历/专业Education/Major
学历 (Education)：本科及以上学历，机械工程、国际贸易或相关专业优先Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.

资格证要求 Certificates
语言能力 (Language)：英语流利（CET-6或等同），可作为工作语言；小语种（如日语、韩语）加分
Language: Fluent English (CET-6 equivalent); additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean) preferred.

工作经验 working experience
经验 (Experience)：3年以上机械/冶金行业海外销售经验，熟悉环形锻件和锻造工艺，在国内知名锻造厂有对海外销售工作经验者优先。
Experience: 3+ years in machinery/metallurgy/forging overseas sales, with knowledge of ring rolling. Candidates with overseas sales experience in well-known domestic forging factories are preferred.
